We are excited to open our 2025 Developmental Academy program for Austin Players!
Entering our 50th year, North Star FC continues to be a leader in the soccer community with now being one of the largest clubs in the state!
We are excited to begin working with the Austin Youth Soccer Association, helping them grow soccer in the Austin Community.
North Star FC is a state member of the Minnesota Youth Soccer Association and a member of Southern Minnesota Soccer League, which is part of the United States Soccer Federation.
We follow all mandates and recommendations for player development set at the National level.
By Joining you will receive the following benefits:
- Players will have the ability to play at the highest levels in the state
- Team Training Fields
- Player Loan Program- players will now be able to guest play for any North Star FC Team- ie Austin players can play for Rochester teams if needed. In addition, all Rush players are allowed to guest play for other states!
- Combined resources amongst several clubs helping keep costs low
Practice & Registration Information
GENERAL Registration
**Financial Aid is available for anyone that is need. During the registration process you will see Financial Aid tab at the top of the rec registration page in playmetrics.
We need your help! This program does not exist unless we have volunteer coaches. We provide you with all the lesson plans and equipment. If you are interested in coaching, please contact Fabian Becerril at fbecerril@minnesotarush.com
Each player will receive a team top. The committee orders a general set of sizes for each team.
Players must provide:
– Shin guards
– Soccer Cleats or Tennis Shoes
– Soccer Ball
– Water Bottle
