We are excited to open our 2026 Developmental Academy program for Winona Players!
Entering our 51st year, North Star FC continues to be a leader in the soccer community with now being one of the largest clubs in the state!
We are excited to begin working with all the Winona families, helping grow soccer in the Winona Community.
North Star FC is a state member of the Minnesota Youth Soccer Association and a member of Southern Minnesota Soccer League, which is part of the United States Soccer Federation, along with a member in Twin City Soccer League
We follow all mandates and recommendations for player development set at the National level.
This program will continue to be a Tournament Only program coached by Tetra Brazil Coaches.
By Joining you will receive the following benefits:

- Player Loan Program- players will now be able to guest play for any North Star FC Team- ie Winona players can play for Rochester teams if needed.
- Combined resources amongst several clubs helping keep costs low!

- Dedicated Director of Coaching for all Winona Competitive Teams

April 20th- June 21st
Extended Season for players that are interested- June 22nd- July 18th. This group would participate in the weeklong USA CUP in Blaine, MN. There is an additional cost for the extended season.

- U9/U10- $395
- U11/U12- $405
- U13/U14- $460
**Financial Aid is available for anyone that is need. During the registration process you will see Financial Aid tab at the top of the rec registration page in playmetrics.
Starting 1/2/26- all registered players will begin receiving instructions on how to order uniform kits. Uniform kits include 2- tops, 1- shorts, 1- sock - cost will be $100.
NSC Spring Cup- May 1st-3rd
St. Croix Cup - May 29th- May 31st
