Join the fun this fall with North Star FC’s Winona REC League! Our recreational soccer program is perfect for young players looking to learn the game, stay active, and make new friends in a positive, community-focused environment.
We offer leagues for both boys and girls in the following grade levels:

Pre-K (age 4) – Kindergarten

1.º y 2.º grado

3.º y 4.º grado

5th & 6th Grade
Players in Pre-K through 2nd grade will play entirely in-house—no travel required. For grades 3–6, our goal is to create a dedicated Winona league. If numbers are limited, teams may travel to Rochester up to 3 times per session for games.
Program Highlights:

Practices: 1–2 times per week (based on age group)

Games: Saturdays

Coaching: Volunteer-led, with support and guidance from our full-time Coaching Director
Players should register based on the grade they will enter for the 2025–2026 school year.

Práctica & Registration Información
Practices will start the week of August 25th . The season will conclude with the final game October 4th. All games will be played on Saturdays. Total of 6 weeks!
GENERAL Registration:
- Pre K- 2nd Grade - May 15th- July 31st
- Grade 3-6- May 15th- July 25th
FREE REGISTRATION Opportunity: MN Rush offers one free player registration if parent agrees to coach a team. That’s correct, FREE soccer registration if you coach a team!
