Through the North Star FC Rec league, teams play other teams from Rochester and the nearby surrounding communities. To encourage a fun and developmental atmosphere, each child plays at least half of each game, no matter the skill level. Scores and league standings are not recorded.<\/span><\/p>\n This is a volunteer based program- all coaches are volunteers. Some coaches will have soccer experience and others will not. Our full time coaching director will work and guide each coach. Parent head coaches will have their child\u2019s registration fee reimbursed at the end of the season.<\/span><\/p>\n Players should be registered based on the grade that they will be in for the
